Cook's Ranch Driving Directions and Map

Cook's Ranch is conveniently located on Old Bullard Road, near US69 south of Tyler, and close to the new Loop 49.

Traveling south on US69, just past Loop 49, turn towards the east on CR-111 (Marsh Farm Road), and then take an immediate right onto CR-122 (Old Bullard Road). Cook's Ranch is 1.2 miles on the left, past Saddlebrook Estates and the Loggins Horse Ranch.

CR-122 can also be accessed from FM-346.
